Busy schedules and energetic pets don't always get along: you want them to socialize and exercise, but it's hard to find the time. The solution? Paws Pet Resort's Doggy Daycare.
Unlike most daycares, we focus on quality, structured, enriching play with breaks and rest time to ensure your pup gets more out of each day. We asked dog behavior experts to design daycare sessions that feature indoor and outdoor play, naps, and snacks, all in small group sizes.
When they're here, they're family. At the end of the day, you'll have a happy, healthy, and satisfied dog!

What Should I Bring to Daycare?
We request that all dogs come leashed (a regular leash is best, not retractable, please). Some parents want to bring food or snacks to daycare. If your pet is used to eating at noon, you may do so. Otherwise, food is not needed. If you do bring food, please bring it in a disposable bag. Please leave all toys and other personal items at home for daycare. We provide safe toys at appropriate times.

Our Day Stay program is a daycare with a different structure to the day! Day Stay dogs go out in smaller groups for more individual care (or out individually if needed). They have lots of breaks throughout the day: group playtime, a special activity each day such as an Outdoor Walk, Fetch Time, or Pool Time, then a fun mid-day treat such as a Frozen peanut butter Kong or Frozen Yogurt Treat (if allergies are a factor we can substitute this for another service).
This program is perfect for dogs who thrive on more individualized care in smaller groups or who might not like the hustle and bustle of the busy daycare environment.

Cancelation Policy
Daycare and Day Stay Cancellation Policy
Effective on: 01/01/2023
Starting at the beginning of January 2023, our cancelation policy will be put into effect.
We understand that canceling reservations happens. Life gets busy, and plans can change unexpectedly. To help ensure we can fill the open spot, we ask for advanced notice on cancellations.
Less than 48-hour Cancellation Notice:
If a client cancels their Daycare/Day Stay reservation with less than a 48-hour notice, there will be a $16.50 cancelation fee (half the price of the reservation). Canceling on short notice does not allow adequate time to fill the open spot with someone else. By canceling two days in advance, it gives us the entire next day to fill the space. For example, if you have a reservation set for Friday, you will need to cancel by Wednesday to avoid cancellation fees.
Same-Day or No-Show Cancellation:
If a client cancels or no-shows their reservation the day of, we will apply the full charge for the day. If the client has daycare punches, one day will be deducted from their package.
Multiple Dog Households:
Cancellation fees will apply for both sibling dogs who attend on the same day. Please note, if you’re canceling for multiple dogs through our online portal each reservation will need to be canceled individually.
We want to avoid the potential conflict where a client may believe they have told us verbally, but the staff must not have put in a cancellation. Therefore, we stress that if you cancel a reservation, you will receive a confirmation in the next several minutes (or early the following day, if you sent it after hours) - be on the lookout for that, and let us know if you don't receive it. You can also check your confirmed and canceled reservations through our online portal.
Here are the options you may use to cancel a reservation:
On our online portal, press the “Book” tab on the left-hand side of the screen, and you will see all your future reservations. Simply click on the reservation you want to cancel.
From there, press the red “Cancel Booking” button and select a reason for canceling.
You will not be able to cancel your reservation online if your upcoming reservation is within 48 hours - please email or give us a call

You should receive an email and text reminder for an upcoming reservation 3 days before your reservation. In the email, there is a link to our online portal to view or cancel upcoming reservations.
